Everyone loves a good movie but sometimes it can be hard to find interesting and exciting movies that are age appropriate. Of course, what a teen thinks is appropriate might be very different to what their parents agree is okay to watch. We’ll leave it up to you to have that conversation with your own parents .
BUT to get you started, here are ten of our very favourite PG-13 movies that are worth watching. Your parents may even want to watch them too!!
PS – Your mum will especially love Mamma Mia!
Another good list: 50+of the best movies to watch with your teens
1. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1/Vol. 2

Watch the sequel too: Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.

Jojo Rabbit was amazing as well, it was funny and had a great storyline!! You will love it if you like adventure, WWII and a good joke. Jumanji (2017) completely outshines the original movie (made in 1995 with Robin Williams and Kirsten Dunst). If you like comedy, adventure and strong female characters, you should definitely watch Jumanji.
